Our host is: netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, D-76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with netcup.
Cloudflare
We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). A CDN is a service that helps deliver the content of our online offering, in particular large media files, faster and more securely.
This processing is carried out to safeguard our legitimate interests in ensuring the functionality and security of our website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Data transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as well as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.
Data Collection on this Website

Contact Form & Email Delivery (NUXOA GmbH)
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in the effective handling of inquiries.
For the technical delivery of emails from our system, we use the service provider NUXOA GmbH, Hauptstraße 20a, 82216 Maisach, Germany. A data processing agreement has been concluded with this provider.
Cookie and Consent Settings
